Two Hardin County Workers Hospitalized After Falling Through Oil Rig Floor

On the evening of October 28, 2018, two Hardin County workers fell through an oil rig platform. The accident took place on a rig, roughly 5 miles away from Silsbee, Texas.

Emergency responders arrived at the scene around 9:20 p.m. and transported the two men to the hospital. Both workers remain at the hospital in stable condition.
